One of the early legends. Redman left Fletcher Henderson to form his own band. Personnel include: “Henry “Red” Allen, Sidney DeParis and Horace Henderson with vocals from The Mills Brothers, Bill “Bojangles” Robinson and Cab Calloway. Twenty-four tracks in this collection.
Highlights include: “Chant Of The Weed”, “Hot And Anxious”, “Doin’ The New Lowdown” and “How Ya Feelin’?”
